The Shared Table
Set within Bellini Bar at Hilton Auckland, The Shared Table is a contemporary afternoon tea without borders, led by our Pastry Chef Hiranya alongside her team. Designed as a shared experience, the menu brings together savoury and sweet creations inspired by Sri Lanka, India and Hong Kong, brought together in New Zealand.
From bold, street-inspired flavours to refined patisserie, with highlights such as Hong Kong-style Coconut Tart, Tropical Choux and Peanut Brittle Brownie on the sweet side, alongside Sri Lanka Mutton Curry Buns, Kingfish Pani Puri and Sri Lankan Spiced Oyster Fritters. Freshly baked Scones are served with Sweetened Cream and House-made Lychee and Guava Jam.
Each handcrafted item tells a story, combining nostalgia and innovation, making every bite a journey of flavour.
Pair your afternoon with artisan teas, sweeping Waitemata Harbour views, and the option to add a glass of Pommery Champagne for a little extra sparkle.

This afternoon tea has some spicy elements. Kindly advise if you prefer no spice or a vegetarian menu at the time of booking. Please note that due to the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate GF, DF, and vegan dietary restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
The Shared Table Afternoon Tea is available from 14 January to April 12, 2026.
Terms & Conditions
A credit card is required at time of booking, please note we do not otherwise charge anything to your card at the time of booking, only at the conclusion of your afternoon tea experience. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance. If for some reason you are unable to make your high tea booking a charge of $50 per person applies for any cancellation, non arrival or partial attendance within 24 hours of the reservation.
Please note that we will hold your table for 15 minutes from the time of your booking. If you are running more than 15 minutes late on the day, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Special pricing may apply during event days, surcharge applies for public holidays.
